Reseller - Advance Return Merchandise Authorisation *
Kingston's advance RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) process offers a convenient and easy way to return our server memory products should you require an immediate replacement.
To receive an RMA, follow these simple steps:

Describe the memory problem
Receive the RMA Number
Send the part back to Kingston with the RMA number written on the box.
Kingston will then process your request and a new replacement part will be dispatched to you immediately.
