End User - Onsite Spares*
Kingston understands the risk involved in adding memory to a server. Servers need to be up and running, day in, day out - you
can't afford for a memory failure to slow you down. To add an additional level of comfort to the purchase of Kingston server
memory, Kingston can place a safety stock of spare server modules at your location free of charge, to use in the event of a
Kingston memory failure. Just swap out the defective module with a spare and send the defective module back to Kingston for
replacement. At Kingston, we have even been known to place a spare OEM server module with a customer as an added
insurance policy.
The Onsite Spares service comes under the Platinum Service Level Agreement. Click here to
