Advance Replacement KingstonCare

For convenience, Kingston's Advance Replacement on our system-specific memory is an easy process. Just follow these simple steps:
  1. Call Kingston Tech Support hotline – AU: 1800-620-569; NZ: 0800 KINGSTON (0800 546-478) and obtain a Service Request Number (SRN)
  2. Then call your distributor and please quote the SRN number (received from Kingston’s Tech Support)
  3. Obtain a Return Authorization number from distributor
  4. Send the part back to the distributor with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
For customers who need a replacement urgently:
Kingston offers a convenient advance replacement policy — through your distributor, a cross shipment can be arranged.

Please note: A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from your distributor jbefore returning product to distributor. The online RMA form above is for replacement or repair of defective modules only. To exchange, refund or receive a credit for your product, please contact the reseller or distributor from which it was purchased*.
