Advance Return Merchandise Authorisation*
Kingston's advance RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) process offers a convenient and easy way to return our server memory products should you require an immediate replacement.
To receive an RMA, follow these simple steps:
1. Contact Kingston Tech Support hotline or your distributor
2. Describe the memory problem
3. Receive the Kingston Case Number and RMA Number
4. Send the part back to your distributor with the Kingston Case Number and RMA Number written on the box.
Kingston will then process your request and a new replacement part will be dispatched to you through distributor immediately.
For customers who need a replacement urgently:
Kingston offers a convenient advance replacement policy - through your distributor, a cross shipment can be arranged.
