Kingston understands the risk involved in adding memory to a server. Servers need to be up and running, day in, day
out – you can't afford to have a memory failure slow you down. For additional protection for qualified KingstonCare
program participants, Kingston can place a safety stock of spare server modules at your location to use in the event
of a Kingston memory failure.
Please note: The onsite spare module offer applies only to Kingston's family of system-specific server or workstation
memory for use in branded OEM deemed servers and workstations. Kingston ValueRAM and HyperX modules are not included
in this offer.
Kingston has an addendum agreement to the Service Reimbursement that outlines Kingston’s offering for onsite spares. Please
contact your Kingston representative to determine whether your business qualifies for KingstonCare onsite spares.
