On-Site Spares

Kingston understands the risk involved in adding memory or SSD drives to a server. Servers need to be up and running, day in, day out — you can't afford for a failure to slow you down. To add a level of comfort to the purchase of Kingston^® server products, Kingston can place a safety stock of spare server modules or SSDNow drives at your location to use in the event of a Kingston-related failure. Just swap out the defective Kingston product with a spare and send the defective one back to Kingston for replacement.

The on-site spare offer applies only to Kingston's family of System-Specific Server or Workstation memory for use in branded OEM deemed servers and workstations and to SSDNow E Series solid-state drives. Kingston ValueRAM^® and HyperX^® modules are not included in this offer.

The offer participant shall not use the replacement spare except as authorized herein. Upon termination of this offer, the offer participant shall, within ten (10) days, return all replacement spares to Kingston, at Kingston's expense. If the offer participant does not return the replacement spares in a timely manner, or elects to purchase them upon termination of the agreement, they will receive an invoice within thirty (30) days for the memory products at the prevailing market price.
